– Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
– Incase you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to notice of our customer service within 24 hrs of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate descision.
– We may/will not accept your request for cancellation in case any particular feature is missing in the model. We will not accept any type of damage/defect , seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or refund/return.
– Cancellation policy is implied only where the product has any damage or defect. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
