– All returns and replacements will be made in accordance with the product policies.
– Replacements request will be initiated if the buyer receives wrong product.
– All returned items must be new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached with the original packaging box.
– The refund or replacement process will be initiated after the day the product is delivered to the company for return or replacement.
– The company reserves the right to allow refund or replacement only after being satisfied with the analysis done in its own way.
– We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 48hrs/2 days from the date of delivery of the order.
– If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
– The company will refund the entire amount paid by the customer if the package got damaged during the shipment.
– The company may deduct certain charges, if applicable.
